We Make Shipping to Canada EASY

Utilizing electronic data transfer and barcode technology, our totally integrated parcel logistics system streamlines the international shipping process and provides you with unprecedented control over your Canada bound shipments.

All customer order information is sent electronically to Russell A. Farrow Limited, eliminating the need for you to complete customs invoices, multiple NAFTA Certificates of Origin, manifests or bills of lading.

		Orders are then consolidated and sent to our warehouse in Taylor, MI where they are picked up by our own trucks and moved across the border to our distribution facility in Windsor, ON. All goods are pre-cleared while en-route eliminating delays with Customs at the time of arrival.

Each order then has a unique track and trace barcode applied that is linked to your order number before the goods are sorted for the appropriate delivery carrier.

You receive a single integrated invoice covering all delivery and Customs charges, complete with any back-up documentation that you specify. If you prefer, we can also bill you electronically.

Tracking & Tracing

Your own customer order number is used through the entire process, from clearing Customs, creating the carrier manifest records, obtaining P.O.D and for handling returns or exchanges.

Paperless System

Our paperless delivery and customs transaction processing environment reduces the administrative costs normally associated with shipping goods to Canada.

Customer order information is captured in an electronic file and transmitted to RAF, eliminating all paperwork previously required. Our system will automatically perform a compliance check on the order information allowing us to report any concerns to you before the goods have arrived.

Shipments are expedited through Customs and subsequently reconciled with Revenue Canada in an electronic environment for maximum efficiency and processing accuracy. All customer information is stored in our system for easy retrieval on returns and exchanges allowing us to immediately file a refund claim.

Hassle Free Returns

How easy it will be to return or exchange an item is something each consumer in Canada considers before making an international purchase. Our system eliminates all of the return/exchange inconveniences normally associated with international mail order shipments.

			Customers are provided with a convenient Canadian return address.

			The need for customers to complete an export declaration is eliminated.

			We automatically file claims to recover duty paid at the time of importation.

			We enable you to make a 100%, refund to your customer.
