Anti-Dumping News: Notice of Expiry Review of Finding of Injury - Certain Stainless Steel Sinks That Originate In Or Are Exported From China

On April 5, 2017, the CITT (Canadian International Trade Tribunal) posted a notice of expiry review concerning injury in the Anti-dumping case against certain stainless steel sinks that originate in China. The details can be found in the link provided by the CITT in their notice.

Following the CITT notice, the CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) issued notice of an expiry review relative to the continuation of dumping in this same case should it be allowed to expire. The details can be found here.
