Farrow remains open for business in trying times
March 23, 2020
Dear valued client:
As things continue to move fast and change quickly, we will continue to stay in communication and provide you with timely updates on Farrow’s operations.
Late last week, the U.S. and Canadian governments announced restrictions to our international borders in an effort to further limit the impact of COVID-19. We should stress that at this time, commercial trade is not restricted by the border closure.
Similarly, while we’re taking steps to ensure the safety and security of our employees, Farrow remains open for business and dedicated to maintaining the continuity of your supply chain. We are taking every precaution to minimize the spread of the novel coronavirus and will continue our efforts on an ongoing basis.
International trade remains an essential service. Both U.S. President Trump and Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau have stated trade will not be affected by the border restrictions. In fact, U.S.-Canada-Mexico trilateral trade remains open.
Along with our employees, Farrow is responding to the challenge of the times. Our courageous employees are doing what needs to be done in order to keep your supply chain moving in the days and weeks ahead.
As has been the case for over a hundred years, our valued clients can count on us to provide “Peace of Mind” with respect to your import and export activity. During these unprecedented times, while it certainly isn’t business as usual, we will continue to work hard to deliver on our commitment.
We have twin top priorities: the safety and well-being of our employees, and supply chain continuity for you, our clients.

Please take the opportunity to help one another, if you’re able. Together, we will get through these trying times.
