Richard J Farrow is pleased to announce the following Senior Executive changes within The Farrow Group of Companies.

Mr. Richard J Farrow, has assumed the role of Chairman & CEO and is pleased to announce the following Senior Executive changes within the Farrow Group of Companies, effective May 1st, 2009.

	Mr. John Farrow will now assume the title Vice Chairman, and will continue leadership of the Corporate Human Resource Department.
	Mr. Randy Motley is promoted to the position of President of Russell A Farrow Limited and will be responsible for all day to day operations of the Farrow Group of Companies in Canada.  Further he will assume responsibility for both the Sales and Client Retention Departments.  Mr. Motley will report directly to Mr. Richard Farrow, CEO/Chairman.
	Mr. Tom Kowalski, recently hired as President of Russell A Farrow (US) Inc. will report directly to the CEO/Chairman.
	Mr. Romeo Girardi is appointed Executive Vice President – Corporate Resources, reporting to the President and is responsible for IT, Administration, Credit, Accounting and Marketing.
	Mr. Brian Wikston is appointed Executive Vice President – Operations, reporting to the President and assumes responsibility for Canadian Brokerage, Consulting, Farrow International, canadaplus.com and RAF Express operating divisions.

Mr. Farrow noted that these changes are in contemplation of longer term generation succession opportunities and will position the Company’s leadership well for future Farrow Management.  He is confident that this Senior Management Team is well poised to continue our primary focus to grow and expand the Corporation in the years ahead.
