To meet the needs of Canadian importers who outsource their customs activities to Russell A. Farrow Limited, we offer TradeSmart plus™, a full-featured client/broker interface designed to provide in-depth account management, reporting and auditing capabilities.


		TradeSmart plus™ allows you to retrieve crucial account information from the Russell. A. Farrow Limited central database and then view or output this information in a variety of different ways, giving you unprecendented control over your import/export activities.

TradeSmart plus™ provides you with a “paperless” environment in which to view your imports and billing, as well as allowing you to use the information captured from our database to inspect your current account information, maintain audit controls and produce a variety of management reports that can then be distributed within your organization.

TradeSmart plus™ allows you to query import shipments by purchase order, job number, cargo control document, invoice number, and part number. System Requirements

TradeSmart plus™ is available in stand-alone or network versions, and resides as a remote installation at your site. Daily data transfers from our central host ensure that you are always working with current information. The client or stand-alone portion requires a personal computer running Windows 95, 98 or NT. For multi-user installations, the database can reside on a Windows NT or Unix server. A modem and phone line is also required to facilitate data transfers.
