100 Years in Customs Brokerage. We are Canada's largest independently owned customs broker, with 100 years of experience dealing with logistics and border issues. Being an independent broker gives us - and our customers - huge advantages.
Company-Wide Investment in Licensing and Designation. These include the oversight of a deeply committed and personally involved senior management team that is led by the owners. 40% of our employees are licensed customs brokers, or hold a professional industry designation.
Technology Driven. We're driven by technology, and we were among the first in the industry to invest in an IBM mainframe computer in the 1960s. We embrace the adoption and application of leading-edge technologies to improve our services, including our move to a digital environment and improved document imaging. More recently, The Farrow Group is first to market with an online option for carriers who must file ACI eManifest with Canada Customs. Our software solution TradeSmartWeb eManifest, allows carriers to file their data with Canada Border Services Agency electronically. This follows the development of our software solution for the U.S. ACE eManifest requirements of U.S. Customs & Border Protection.
